How to tone my arms?

im a ral skinny chic im about 5’6’ adn im only 120 but I have fatty arms I dont wrok out AT ALL so that could be the reason bu ti would like to get em toned or just somethin to make em smaller. is there a way I could do that with out usein exercise equiptment? because im not able to go to a gymand work out with all the stuff they got there. please include how much id have to work out a day and how long it would take, you know like 2 weeks or a month etc.thx in advance

You do have to maintain muscle tone, I read fitness, and shape magazines, as well as yoga journal ( I also utilize their websites and use searches). They are all incredible resources. There are so many incredible tricep workouts, and it is best to keep your body guessing, so rotate your workouts. Good Luck

To continually keep them in shape… you have to continually maintain them.

Pick up a copy of Women’s Health magazine. Every month they feature different workouts you can do at home without equipment.

hmmm im about five six as well…only 130 pounds…I think im more of an athletic type…I dont gain weight or lose weight…but I was all into havin in shape arms. like not all ripped but…firm. I would just lift a little bit…every other day and do 50 push ups every day. it works…it just takes time.
