What will happen if I keep binging?

What will happen if I continue to restrict my calorie intake to 500 a day and maybe everyother day or two binge?(eat normal)

I have already lost 10 lbs doing this and I want to lose 10 more. I do appreciate the helpful info but I am fully aware of nutritional needs and how to eat healthy and what the body requires, I am just not following the correct way. Hey, at least I can admit that it is wrong and that it can become a problem. I am not in denial of that at all.

That’s definetly too unhealthy. It’s not enough calories in order to make your body function proberly. You should aim for At Least 1000 calories a day.

I know but I can’t loose weight eating 1000 calories per day. I know what I am doing is unhealthy but I truly believe I will really stop when I reach my goal and my goal is a healthy one.

You’ll eventually gain MORE weight. Because your body goes into starvation mode, so when it does get nutrients it stores up everything that it possibly can for fear of starving again.

Thats why you should eat 6 small healthy meals a day. If you eat right, you’re body will take care of itself.

Try the Abs Diet - it’s basically just eating the right foods and avoiding the bad ones.

You will lose weight if you’re getting your basic calorie needs. Calories aren’t your enemy. Fat is. EAT. Right now you’re body is in starvation mode so it’s not going to budge.

You’re just going to destroy your body. If you already know it’s bad blah blah blah… then why are you doing it? Obviously there’s SOME denial there.

It’s not enough to admit you have a problem. You have to do something about it.

That’s like an alcoholic saying “yea…I drink too much…” and then down half a bottle of vodka.
