Why do I eat more when I exercise?

Why do I eat more when I excersize? Is there a way to stop wanting to eat so much? Is there a particular food that I need to eat that will curb my appetite?

It all comes down to what kind of foods you eat. You can work out till you are blue in the face and never get tone enough for you. I had the same problem. I would work out late at night and when I was done I was dieing to eat before I went to bed. With me I was craving sugars. I found this book that helped me learn how to eat healthy. It was the key to everything. Maybe it will help you out. Good Luck www.dietsolutionstoday.com

You exercise. Your body uses energy. You feel a lack of energy after you exercise. You eat. Simple biology.

Eat. Don’t worry about wanting to eat and being hungry. You should instead worry about WHAT you eat. After a work-out, eat something like a banana or an apple, and one bar of weet-bix. You need food to recharge yourself. If you want to fill up your stomach eat celery. It has a lot of fibre. It expands in your stomach so you don’t feel as hungry, plus it’s a healthy food.

Being in shape isn’t just about working out; it’s also about eating right. Trying to take out the component of eating altogether is just plan crazy.
