Why Asain Indians don't eat meat?

I know lot of Indian families and visited India. Indians don’t eat meat and they very fine. They are hard working, talented and kind and long living. If some children eat due to they traveled foreigh but their parents do not eat.

well most of the indians are hindu.they dont eat beef because they praise them as their one of the god,so their religion dont allow them.also they are inspired from their families..and they are very religious so they dont allow their children also. muslims are also there they praise pigs so they dont prefer pork..but some indians like punjabi or south indians eats chicken and fish… hoped I helped..

It’s more because of their religion—most are Hindu, and that religion doesn’t allow them to eat meat, basically. =]

It’s not all indians, some hindus dont eat any meat, and some will not eat beef… It’s part of their tradition…
