Answer #1

Yes you can lose weight even if you eat meat. What a silly question. You can eat anything as long as you eat moderately and/or in small portions throughout the day.

Answer #2

vegetarianism isnt some diet fad thing people do to loose a few kilos its a life choice thing you can loose weight weather you eat meat or not if you choose not to, youll need to get those lost nutrients and proteins from other food or supliments but, in order to loose weight it depends on… your genes your body type and weather or not you actually have anything to losse if your body thinks it doesnt need to loose any, it will do everything it can to avaoid weight loss from happening

Answer #3

if its just for losing weight, its a myth that you lose weight by being vego. I’ve gained on like 3 kilos since I’ve been vego. but there is a lower obesity rate in vegetarians. im vego for ethical reasons so if you care about animals, you should become vego. just to warn you, CHICKEN AND FISH IS NOT VEGETARIAN! oh and if youre going vego, dont eat gelatine or rennet or certain food acids that arnt suitable. if you want to lose weight, go onto a gluten-free diet. vegetable oil apparently is high in cholesterol so substitute with olive oil. have unhealthy things as a treat once a week and quit white pastas, breads, wholegrains. infact maybz you should go organic!

Answer #4

that is not a healthy way to go about losing weight
