Who has used 5 hour energy supplement?

Lately, I’ve been dragging at the gym. I don’t know if it’s the cold weather or I’m just lacking in motivation. Saw the “5 hour energy drink” bottles at the drugstore, and they seem kinda cool. Has anyone used it, and does it work? Did you have any side effects?

Answer #1

I took some and they helped a lot although I would recommend mixing it in a gatorade or powerade of the same flavor because they are strong.

Answer #2

If you want B vitamins pills are cheaper. But energy drinks mostly rely on the caffeine not B vitamins… and then caffeine pills or coffee are cheaper. For better B vitamins, find food sources.

Answer #3

B-vitamins don’t taste good… at all. And those 5-hr energy drinks are mostly just b-vitamins in runny syrup… yuck… (but they DO give you energy)

If you’re going to drink things that are nasty but good for you, I’d recommend 4-6oz of wheat grass instead.

Answer #4

No they are all natural and actually healthy for you and they will make you feel get pricy yes but they will make you feel wide away and feel generally good… So take em I made it through football workouts and training on those andnim perfectly fine

Answer #5

ewww! I hate those things! They’re so gross. And they don’t even give me any energy! But whatever. If your looking to try them, they might just work for you.

Answer #6

I’ve tried it and it had absolutely no effect on me…that being said, I have a high tolerance for caffeine and regular energy drinks are also ineffective for me.

The effects obviously vary from one person to another.
