How do I test clean if I used meth within 24 hours of testing?

I’m looking for intelligent answers from first hand experience.what is the best way to test clean for meth if you’ve been a heavy user(3-4 times a day)with only stopping use 24 hours prior to testing.

There is no way that is effective and proven to work besides not doing drugs.

Well, I don’t think too many people on here are meth users. As far as the test goes, I’m not sure, but my best advice would be to try and find a rehabilitation center to check yourself into. Maybe testing positive wont be the worse thing to happen to you because help may come of it. I hope you clean yourself up, or find someone who will work with you if you feel you can’t do it on your own. :)
