Whats the best diet plan for quick fat burn?

Right I want to loose like 5-10 pounds and I try loads of diets but they dont seems to work :( am 14 and I was wondering could you like give me a diet plan that has worked for you or someone you know?? I’ve tried special K btw so please dont reccomend that. Thanks :)

Fad diets do not work. The key to losing weight is simple, eat balanced, well proportioned meals, do not snack on junk food, and exercise. Most of the suggestions on here have been proven not to work countless times, starve yourself and your body goes into starvation mode and stores any new food as fat, plus your metabolism slows. If you want to lose weight then make permanent healthy life styles changes that can be kept up. You haven’t mentioned your height and weight in any case, I suspect as the person above says ‘Are you even overweight, or are you just another teen girl with body-image problems?’ It baffles me that people these days aren’t even educated on simple dietary and health requirements, and yet they will spend two hours in school learning some ancient backwards myths that people use to kill and segregate one another.

The only true way to lose weight is exercise and eating healthy. You can try diets, but almost always you’ll lose muscle mass instead of fat The end result is usually gaining all the weight back and you body makes it harder for you to lose. My health teacher told me this.

okay you should not be dieting at any age it’s true that your body goes into starvation mode and you will gain later dont over exercise you body will get use to it 30 mins 3-4 times a week is plenty each wholegrains, fibre, frui and veg, and heaps of protein it loves burning calories dont count your calories, there’s no need just eat till your full and snack on fruit not gum wtf?? who would snack on gum? you shouldnt starve yourself I know ime getting over an eating disorder just be healthy hun

I hate when peoplesay your 14 you dont need to lose weight but thats when you want to be skinny the most!! but honestly I ran on my treadmill for half an hour everyday for a week and just ate healthy but still had 3 mealls a day and I lost half a stone. oh and water is importantbecause sometimes when you feel hungry it really thirst and waters the best thing for thirst as you shoud noo…good luck you need a lotof motivation

say no to sugary foods.exercise 1 hour per day.eat fast food very little.if you are hungry when it is not dinner,lunch or breakfast ,eat gum and believe me,it will fill you up till lunch,dinner and so on.also you can have some fruit.I would recommend orange,strawberry or mango but it is your decision

Consume 1200 calories, try not going over and try not to go too much under.

You’re going to need to eat 2 fruits a day at least, as well as 20 grams of fat (because you need protein)

And drink LOTS of water.

You’ll lose weight fast… you’re going to need to do a bit of exercise: Situps or something will help tone your abs and turn the protein into muscle so you’ll lose fat instead of muscle.

It’s all about self-Control
