Whats as good as a salad?

If I don’t like salad then whats another very healthly meal. I’m trying to loose weight and someone told me to have salad for lunch But I don’t eat salad so… Any suggests? Thank you for helping

well salads arent always healthy, it depends what you put in them. Like a pasta one will be quite fatty, but one with green leaves and vegtables would be super healthy.

Try making diffferent salads and find some that you like.

When you go on diets such as only eating salad, soup, drinking lots of fluid, the weight that you loose is NOT FAT, it’s actually the loss of fluid in your body. When you have lost all that weight as a result of only eating salads and drinking maple syrup etc when you begin to eat normally again you will notice that you are putting on the weight increasingly fast. Why? because your body has been in starvation mode and when you eat any solid food, your body will take the fat out of it and store it in your body and will also begin to store fluid, which is why you always get told you must need to follow a healthy balanced diet which includes food from all the food groups.
