Well since your metabolism dictates how much weight you will gain you need to trick it. If you looking to bulk up on Muscle you need to slow your metabolism. Eating more often is one way. But what you eat is also key. Consuming more proteins is a start. More Red meat, Eggs, chicken, Fish. You will also need to increase your carb intake as well. Breads, Pasta etc.

To gain weight you simply need to ingest more calories (by eating any nutritious food) than your body is burning up due to the activities that you are undertaking (including the calories burned by your normal metabolic processes that continue whether or not you are actually physically active). In order to build up your muscles, it is necessary to do fairly strenuous anaerobic exercises e.g. weight training, sprint cycling, swimming running etc., in addition to eating more to increase your calorie intake. It is not necessary to buy special body building supplements (they are typically rather expensive). Just maintain a well balanced, healthy diet with around 50 to 55% kCal from carbohydrates, and the remainder (45 to 50% of kCal) split roughly evenly between protein and fats (avoiding animal fats as far as is conveniently possible).
