What should I eat to gain weight?

I know it’s not normal to hear that but I want to gain weight, I eat but it doesn’t show , what should I eat to gain some weight???

my friend is the same she eats SOOO much && never gains a pound && I dont eat a lot cause (cause I never hungy)&& people say im anorixic but im not so I no how you feel but the little I eat shows it sucks ps eat mcdonalds it might help you gain weight

My answer is cheese!! Since I baked a chocolate cheesecake and ate 3/4 of it, gain weight immediately!!= = Another food is potato chips! But it’s not a good advice …unhealthy… But sometime people like me just can’t live without it~lol

You should still eat healthy. Just try gaining a little muscle. And to not make you look like a big bodybuilder, just try a few snacks in between each meal.

Eat a lot of protein. Meat, fish, eggs, dairy products. These things will make you gain weight, and they aren’t junk food. Just make sure to eat balanced meals :]

I am the same.. I am skinny and I eat a lot but it doesnt show and everyone says that I dont eat but I do… I think its just in genetics and how high your matabalism is… my family is small and skinny so it has a lot to do with that… if you try to eat a whole bunch of junk food or something to gain weight you might gain it in the wrong spot or it might all go to one place.. I think you should just eat healthy.

I disagree with Kellycatatonic. Eat a lot of breads and dairy. Make sure you stick with a balanced diet and utilize the four food groups.

I am exactly the same way. I eat and eat and eat. I eat full meals inbetween meals. I weigh 90 pounds and I’m 5’1. There is nothing you can do to gain weight. We have extremely fast metabolisms. One thing I say you could try is protein shakes. Body builders drink them so they can gain a good bit of weight, which quickly turns to muscle when they lift weights. Just be happy the way you are. And thinks of yourself As fine and other people will too. I started being a little more confident this year and I have way more cute boys coming talk to me and a boyfriend of 3 months. Just be happy and live life.

im the same I hate it. im so consious bout my body. I wish I had curves and stuff. I eat big portions, snacks inbetween meals and my meals are generally healthy and well balanced? I dont understand and I dont want to rely on weight gainers and stuff. I just want to be normal and be able to have to watch what I eat.
