What to do when I was given a used radio to replace my new one?

I have a new 8 month old toyota scion.the $3500 dollar gps, ipod radio broke for no reason. They said they would order a new one. I went to have it installed and when I got home I realized! This is no new radio and does not fit properly. The volume knob was flakey as in used. I did not notice these things because I had been their for 3 1/2 hours. When I called I talked to someone in service who looked the paper work up and said yes it was used. My paper work say’s I recieved a new one. What can I do? I hate this car that I once thought was fun. I don’t want it an wan’t nothing to do with toyota! Any advice

Go back to the place it was installed and compare your papers with theirs to see what went wrong. ;)
