What is the best way to put on weight?

I’ve lost weight recently and look skinny. I need to put on some weight. I’ve heard all the “balanced diet” jargon and it’s not working. I need to put on weight - fast. Is there any quick tips to do so?

go to a vitamin world or gnc store and buy some supplement …drink a shake after every meal and youll gain weight but you have to work out or it will go to your stomach

hey dude I was quite skinny like you, and recently I started working out, its not as hard as it seems, I put on weight too and now I look good, you should try. It might be easier for you to put on muscle, but if you just want to put on fat you just need to eat a lot, I would suggest eating 6 medium size meals a day if you want to see a difference

There are prescription foods you can eat like im_his_dork_16 said. As well as drinks, they have bars and pills. Some of them you can buy at supermarkets, but the best and safest ones are prescription only. See a doctor and tell him why you want to gain weight.

go to a local walmart or HEB and find a drink called Ensure. Its by all the nutrition stuff. I used to be really underweight and my doctor had me drink that stuff. You put it with ice cream and blend it and drink it. SSSOOO delicious too! They have Chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. But the chocolate is the best tasting one :)
