What is the best wai to loose weight off th top of your leg what exersize

if you want your legs more toned I suggest deep knee bends or squats…I started doing them a while ago and WOW do they help…just do 2-3 sets of 30 squats. they help tone so much…just do it every 3 days. thats what I did

I think it’s sorta hard to just choose a part of your body you want to loose weight at… if you want to loose weight off you thighs…you should work out your whole body!! do cardio, kick boxing… or if you really want to have well defined legs, do some running or biking!!
