Best way to lose weight as a 14/15 yr old girl?? Need help :/ Doing this for me–it’s time to change!
Eat 5-6 small meals each day. It will raise your metabolism. Also, exercise. Run up and down your street a few times everyday. Or do 30 sit ups or push ups everyday. You can also just cut out the junk foods for a while. Focus on eating fruits and vegetables and meat. But don’t go to anorexia (Not eating/Starvation) It’s not healthy at all.
