What is a way to be not be stressed ?

I’ve been really stressed lately and I need help on how I can avoid and not be anymore stressed . Your probally wondering why im stressed and its a mixture of things Im in 8th grade and going to hs next year but unfortantly my excitment is all I can thing about . Everyday every secound preety much thats what im thinking about but its driving me nutts ! And ofcourse theres a boy which is why I wanna go so bad but like im also having problems with him . Were not dating but weve been tlking on fb but it just feels like a fail . Not him but like everything which I think thats why everything else seems bad when it isnt. And on top of that school is 50 % of my stress im now getting bad grades when before I got great grade a few weeks ago ? I really need help . Any idea of what I can do to realive the stress ?

taking vitamin b pills .. they are stress releivers .. high in iron and the good stuff your body needs in order to function well ..

Exercise, healthy diet and try and get enough sleep. Keep it up for a few weeks. You’ll start feeling better after the first few days.

Try thinking things trough and just setting yourselfs goals so you can have things orgonized, ussually when we get stressed is because we like are’nt orgonize try having things planed and knowing everything you are looking foward too.
