What is a good weight loss or diet plan?

Alright so I’m fourteen and I used to be skinny, but I have gained some pounds throughout the years and I didn’t think it was that much of a problem. I look fine on the outside but underneath I have strecth marks from the weight I have built. It has been hard to hide them and I struggle. Should I lose weight or what cause im confused and hopeless.

I just eat twice a day, and one desert a week, Also try the new yogurt that has like 90 calories in it. Eat it like twice a week. Good Luck! <3

start out slow don’t just drop a few meals or you are more likely to binge and end up heavier. So what you can do is just watch what you eat, have less junk food and all that fried stuff and chips and have more fruits and vegetables, drink water instead of soda.

Exercise. It doesn’t matter how small it is, walk a couple miles and eventually build up to running or swimming, anything that gets you to start moving..,

Find someone to work out with, you are more likely to continue if you have a partner.
