Cheaper weight loss plans?

I want to lose like 5 or 10 pounds in maybe like 2 weeks please no expensive weight loss plans im on a low budget!

you can easily do it plan you could watch your calorie intake do your bmr which tells you how many cals you need a day and than sub 500 for weight loss. and of course go walk for bout 30mins or so 4-5 days a week and cut out fast food.. and you will do it oh and soda if soda drink diet.. and you will do it :) if you need anything else let me know
