Good exercises for weight loss boost :)

Does anybody have any good exercises that will help boost weight loss? And could you please explain how to do them and how many of them to do. I’m already on a healthy eating plan and I’ve lost 2 stones and 2 1/2 pounds :D But it’s taken me a year. Most of the time I only lose 1/2 a pound a week, so I’d really like a couple of exercises that could maybe help me lose an extra 1 or 2 pounds more :) Thanks. x

I recommend jogging 30 minutes a day. make sure you eat complex carbohydrates 1 hour prior to running without lots of water. I recommend making shakes which contain complex carbohydrates.

if its your first time jogging, then start slow. jog for 5 minutes and walk for 5 minutes etc. also when jogging focus on breathing. breath in through your nose and breathe out your mouth. keep at it and you’ll eventually get the perfect speed and breathing pattern, then you can run forever. have some music while you jogg too.
