what excersises can I do while pregnant?
I’m 24 years old and 25 weeks pregnant and have already gained 25 lbs. Although I’ve always been thick with butt and hips, these are the areas I’ve gained most of the weight in. My doc put me on a sugar free and no fried food diet. I’ve never worked out and have always ate whatever I wanted without any issues. how can I get into a regular excercise routine and diet?
