Can a pregnant girl still work out?

If I’m pregnant is it save to work out and play sports? Like go running and and lift weights stuff like that? Like tennis and softball and sports like that?

In the first few months of pregnancy it is safe to work out and play sports. Be careful of contact sports though. Lifting weights is good too. As you get bigger running , tennis and softball will have to be put aside though. Be careful not to over exert yourself. All the best!

you can do what ever you did before you were pregnant. It is not a good time to start a new exercise that your body is not use to.
