What does cycling do to your body ?
Im a little bit underweight and trying to gain weight, and im thinking about biking every morning before school at about 6 in the morning. is this going to make me lose more weight ? What does it exactly do ? Thankyou :D
yes it makes you loose weight and ups metabolism. combine some of these ideas, cause nothing wrong with cycling to build legs and keep mentally fit. ride on..
go to the doctor, he can give you shakes that will help and be healthy at the same time You can exercise as much as you like while you eat these and can control how much weight you put on pretty good
Well,you need to still eat healthily and more.You should probably not exersise to much but still keep fit.
cycling burns calories like 300 per hour! if you want to put weight on just exercise a bit and eat healthy foods that have a lot of calories in but not lots of aft. you need to gain a stomach not fat!
Cycling will make you lose weight, improve your lungs and get you fit. It’s a great exercise and especially good if you’re starting out as slightly overweight. It’s pretty easy to get into too, just get on a bike and cycle. Furthermore it’s also not as harsh on your joints as something as running.
I think it’s great that you want to cycle to school. In no time you should see your energy levels and concentration improve too.
