What are some quick exersizes I can do?

Im a 15 year old girl who has a very busy schedual. I get up,go to school, right after school I have golf til 6. then I have homework,dinner, and chores. I dont have any time to go to the gym and my mom won’t let me run at might or in the morning.(a 17yr old girl was murdured here about a week ago) I just need a couple quick exersizes I can do everday. thanks(:

well have any spare milk jugs like the plastic ones? fill them up about half way and lift them up and down for about 15 to 20 min do not bother counting the times just keep an eye on the time, sit ups are always quick bust out 20 to 30. you cant loosen up your akiles tendon by spell the alphabet with your feet. push ups are also quick do 20-30 if you can fit in all these it should lake ruffly 30min you will feel great and burn some carbs
