What are some good excercises?
I have bad back problems, and it’s hard for me to do things like situps and pushups. I can do them, but it just hurts my back really bad. :/ Any suggestions on new excercises?
swimming is the best on joints and everything.. you can also try squats, lunges, and dumbbells..
try jogging or running on the treadmill and try a cross trainer they’re really good for your legs and arms… good luck :)
