What are some good diet tips?
I was doing pretty well on my diet, but then I had 2 really bad days of binging. How can I get back on track and lose even more weight for good?
don’t eat after 3:00 because you’re body uses all of those calories and has nothing left to burn and when you eat at night you ususally don’t burn all of those calories eatheir so they just turn to fat. and you used to not eat after 1:00 and I was like 111 pound and you don’t even have to like stop eating carbd but I deff recommend eating less.
First please don’t listen to sotchick with the cutting carbs because I think she is refering to the diet adkins where the guys who invented it ended up dying at 42. Anyways it’s also not smart to cut carbs out competely because first of all as soon as you lose the weight you want you probably will not stick to the same diet and start eating normally again and gain more weight than you lost. Also carbs provide your body with energy and you need them to maintain a balanced body weight or homotatsis. My suggest is intstead of the regular three meals a day try six small ones because usually when you eat three meals your body does not need all that food so it will store it as fat so eating six small meals will make sure your body does not store fat. Also if you just binged I suggest you don’t go straight back into diet mode because you will get major cravings slowly start eating normally and then go back to your diet. Also if you feel the need to binge I suggest chewing ice it fills you up and you don’t get bad cravings. Anyways just be safe about the dieting thing and good luck
MOTIvATION keep thinking abou what your goal is at the end!! wher like a blue hair tie or something around your wrist and it will remind you everytime you go to eat something is this good for my diet or not so good!! trust me it workss!!
You must Have AND Practice DISCIPLINE. Analogy iIn School..You may not have WANTED to be held backanother year..(FATNESS) SOOO, YOU GO TO SCHOOL, DO THE WORK THAT ISNEDED TO PROGRESS EVEN FURTHER, UNTIL YOU MEET YOUR GOAL OF GRADUATING. Sooo, EAT 3 NORMAL, NO-FATTENING MEALS..NO SNACKING IN BETWEEN except for FRUIT. It’s Filling and Cold..Fruit will run through you, and TAY AWAY FROM CEREAL, AND COLD SNACKS BREADS, AND PASTA. GOD BLESS you’ve got a goal.. YOU’VE MET THE FIRST STEP.. BRINGING THE PROBLEM TO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OTHERS’. NOWWW_ it’s time. I hope you’re getting ready to eat your LAST meal and DO SOME SIDE STRETCHES AND GO TO BED!! GOODNIGHT!
Don’t eat Carbs, seriously a weekly weigh in without carbs, you will defo see a change!!
Plus dont weigh your self all the time, weigh yourself once a week! because of water in your body will go up and down through out the week! Every sunday I weigh myself! (even though I arent aloud the scales ooops!!! f*ck it)
