Crunches!

How many crunches should I do a day I want to lose 5 lbs a week im going jogging too!I would also like to lose weight on my sides and thighs!

Google “Navy seals workout” for some good numbers. If you can’t handle week 1 (it is pretty tough), then extend the schedule backwards and reduce the numbers (number of sets and number per set). Don’t strain yourself; it’s better to start easy and increase slowly.
