What about people that don't have a high matabalism?
My daughter has eating good things for her. I need some help with her eating process.
Ok, so I am probably going to get slaughtered for saying this, but metabolism is (in my opinion) a myth and an excuse used by people to not change their lifestyles.
Best way for your daughter to stay healthy and slim is to eat about 8 small meals a day with a lot of fruits, vegetables and good carbohydrates as well as good protein (such as chicken and fish)
Also get her to drink enough water for her body (2 litres is enough for a woman) and to chew her food slowly.
Oh and don’t forget exercise, healthy people also get enough exercise (about an hours a day for a child and an hour and a half a day for an adult)
