treadmill?
if I get on the treadmill and walk at about 3mph and 10 elevation for 1 hour almost every day or for a week, plus some other things like sit ups and push ups, would my body be more toned? my diet is healthy but I get lazy so I havent been gettin a lot of exercise. ann I get impatient so if this isnt going to give any visible results I might loose interest. if you have any tips for me id appreciate it. :)

yes, you surely will. If you go on the treadmill with elevation and actually work up a sweat, for at least 45 minutes 3 times a week, you will see results.
Of course, keep up your healthy eating habits!
