why can't I lose anymore weight?

when I first started working out and went on a diet…I went from 175 at 5’1 to 140 at 5’1….I workout all the time (really like 4 hours a day.. 4-5 days a week!)…but I can’t diet!….I’m on the wrestling team..kickbox..tae kwon do…and play tennis…plus I got a treadmill….I cant diet and I want to be 103-112..not only for the wrestling which is coming up but for myself too…I think I would be happy when I get their….what can you do or say to help me?…and why is it so hard to start to diet again?

Wow, now that you start working out your fat is being replaced by muscle. Muscle is more dense than fat and therefore it weighs more. ITs a lil self explanatory. I play football and weight matters alot. I cant really relate to you because I am 5’10 and weigh 155lbs, dont worry about your weight and focus on getting stronger.
