How much will she loose doing this?

Hi there. My sister is trying to lose some pounds, and she asked me(being the health guru of the house) how much she would loose doing this. I know what she can do, but not how much she will loose doing it and how quick. Here is her plan: For 3-4 nights a week she is going to go to the gym and do 7 miles on the bike machine, 1.5 on the eliptical, and for one night out of those days she will run 1.5 miles on the treadmill. For 2-3 out of the 3-4 nights she is also going to swim .5 miles in the lap pool. That is her exercise plan anyways. As far as her diet she is going to be a pescatarian for the duration, meaning she will only eat shellfish as far as meat goes. She will start by eating only 40g of sugar per day, as that is the suggested amount by some one somewhere. In the mornings she will drink one glass of lemon water for metabolism. So my question is how much will she loose doing all of that in one month? How long before she looses 60 pounds?

Also, is there anything she could add to her diet? Like little secrets like the lemon water? Danke.

it all depends on how big she is.. muscle weights more then fat.. if she is 60lbs over weight.. it would take al the least 5 months.. if she did the atkins diet she could do it in about 3..
