Walking on a treadmill??

Hello, thanks for reading my question..I have recently just started walking on a treamill, twice a day for an hour each time (morning and night) I used to walk and run a lot, but then just stopped. I dont feel like im working to much, I actually feel great! I weigh 168lbs, and im looking to lose 35lbs..I drink 8-12 glasses of water daily, and have been watching what I eat. Will the weight come off?? Do you think this will be a good approach??? Any tips and advice would be well appreciated :) im trying to keep my motivation :) Thanks

thats great ! a lot of people dont have the self control to do that . like not to over eat and everything . I have heard from almost everyone walking is better than running and you will lose weight faster . it was even in a health magazine . and thats because running burns more sugar calories or fat than the fat on your stomach . im gonna start doing the same ! :) good luck .

yeah thats a great plan!! other tips don’t eat to much wheat big breakfast, regular lunch, and small supper plenty of protein *swimming is a great way to lose weight and gain muscle.
