Lack of vitamin D in ur diet, lack of goin in the sun can do it, long term effects, ur bones won’t b as hard as someone with normal levels of vitamin D causeing easy breakin of ur bones, possible loss of teeth as well

Because it is the same as calcium, lack of it causes bendy bones. It’s healthy for your teeth and bones.

Vitamin D is produced when your skin is exposed to sunlight, which is why you shouldn’t always wear sunscreen every time you step outside. 10-15 mins of sunlight a day is very beneficial.
