K, I'm usually a pretty healthy person. I do soccer twice a week, volleyball three times a week and I dance twice a week. but like a lot of people I like the occasional treat. actually. I love candy (: halloween came along and I went trick or treating, soon I was eating way more then I should be per day. now I always feel hungry, and always go for a bag of chips or cookies or candy or something. I am pretty skinny, but if I keep eating like this, I know im gonna gain a lot of weight! I need help to help control my cravings of junk food and help to get me back onto the healthy side.
