Who knows if schwinn airdyne bike a good choice?

I do one hour daily and have been doing so for a about a year now. So I’ve been on and off with the bike because of the results I’m getting is it normal? Well I still have my small tummy but I’m realizing my bum is getting wider and it’s scary what should I do? Stop doing it? are sit ups better than the bike? Any other cardiovascular exercises that wont give me muscular toning, as in buff looking. When I flex my arm sort of has muscles and I don’t like that how can I Prevent from getting more arm muscle? But any suggestions/opinions/experiences would be greatly appreciated - Venu

I’d say bike riding is better for you than sit-ups. Sit-ups are bad for your back. I don’t know why your butt would be getting wider. That’s weird.

As for trying to prevent getting toned. Just don’t work out too much?
