toning your body

im about 185 pounds and im like 5’5.of course I have a stomach but it’s flat.and my arms are really flabby.and I have a little bit of cellulite on the back of my legs.what are some ways to tone up my body because in about 3 weeks im going to schlitterbahn with my friends and I want to wear a monokini without feeling awkward.

Casual jogging helps everything

but if you really want to focus on your arms I recomend you hit the gym, grab some VERY LIGHT dumb bells … like 10 or 15 lbs then try and do as many curls as you can. you might wanna google how to do them properly b/c you can waste a lot of time and energy if you do it wrong. Im 15 and am a freshman in highschool and made varsity wrestling so I’ve learned a lot about the workings of muscles and such lol and you can pretend I stayed at a holiday inn last night ;)
