Toned thighs

Whats the best way 2 tone your thighs in 2 weeks? Like right before my thighs turn into my but theyre really fat. Thax!! :)

Do multiple different lifts that deal with the leg muscles. Squats are good, but you need variation. Running a few times a week as well should help tone your thighs. However, don’t over do it because you want it in two weeks. It might take longer, but thats better than sitting on the couch with an injury.
