how do you tone up your thighs so they all firm and stuff?? any gud exercises that are fast and work quick?? Tankn you xx

Squats and walking lunges

Do those three times a week and you’ll see quick results. Make sure to start low and work your way up to higher reps. If you don’t then the exercises will not work.
