work your way up from say 20 to 40 to 60 or go by minutes, 10 minutes to 20, till you feel some tightness, shaking or any discomfort. The More the better

I dont know how many but doing them every day will sure tone them up. Test yourself to see how many you can do before you are tired then push that limit! Without hurting yourself of course!
