Can i tone my thighs down in 35 days if i do this?

i know its really hard but i was just wondering if i ran 1200 steps a day on my stairs so basically going up hill. if i do this everyday along with drinking plenty of water and having less calories a day then can i go from a size 3-5 in jeans to a size 3, just enough to not be tight in my jeans i dont like how my jeans are tight on me. if i need to run more steps then please tell me i just want to know what to do for my goal to work, and i cant really go out running because theres nowhere for me to go, thats why i workout on my stairs which i figure is better since it up-hill. but anyway if u have any better ideas please tell me, or you can let me know if my goal will work or not thank you:)

A size 3-5 is pretty slim already, if you dont like your jeans being tight on you thats the first clue that you need to buy a different size. Its poossible that you might be able to loose weight and have your jeans fit looser, although since your mainly doing excersice that focuses on the legs its possible you may build up the muscles in your thighs and it may make them appear a tad bit larger from the muscles. Eat healthy and do overall excercises and just see where your body goes from there…you may loose weight all over or you could be at the correct weight for your body type and you may just tone up instead.
