How to tone these parts of the body?

-upper arms -calf area -butt -thighs -stomach -and reduse back fat Also how would you tighten your skin ? I have really loose skin and I hate it >.< and also any tips to get in shape ? Thanks ! [=

-upper arms lift light weights if you dont have weights use heavy books. -calf area sprinting, running, jogging, walking with a friend [ it’ll be funner ] -butt well, actually by doing what you do for your calf area that’ll help your butt calf and thigh area -stomach watch what you eat limit your junk foods and fats, do hoola looping [ super fun ]

Biceps/Triceps: Bicep Curls - This move helps bring size and shape to the bicep long head. Indirectly works the front delts, or the front of your shoulders. To perform this, keep elbows in, back straight, and simply lift a bar or dumbbells up to your chest or chin level and return back down. Repeat for reps. Concentration Curls - This is similar to a bicep curl, but focuses more on the shorter head known as the “peak” of the bicep. Sitting down with the elbow resting just below the thigh, curl the dumbbell up to your chin and contract the bicep, repeat for reps. Seated/Lying Tricep extensions - This works the larger muscle of the arm, known as the tricep. The tricep is broken into three heads, the long, short, and middle head. To perform this exercise sit up or lie down and lower the bar until elbows are parallel to the floor. At the top, contract the triceps without locking the elbows out to prevent injury.

Calf: *Raises - Simply find an elevated surface where your heels can be of the surface. While keeping legs straight, rise up on your toes and squeeze the calves and slowly lower back down past parallel and repeat.

Butt: Kickbacks - While lying on all fours, look up, keeping back straight and lift your leg up and out, squeezing the butt. Squats - This and lunges help shape the butt and make it firm by kneeling down parallel and pushing the butt out.

Quads: Squats - see above. Leg Extensions - By lifting your legs so that they are parallel to the floor, you’re contracting the quads. To target inner or outer areas, either keep your toes in or out.

Reduce back fat: Back Extensions - Similar to a sit up, but reversed so that you contract the lower back each time you rise. Rows - Squeezing the back by pulling back on your shoulders help tighten the skin and reduce back fat.

Loose skin: Aloe Vera extract and yeast extract have been proven to show elastin production, which helps the skin regain its elasticity (ability to tighten and loosen) and also creates collagen that tighten the skin too. Hyaluronic Acid, an amino acid that helps keep water in our skin and tighten skin, can be found in multivitamin pills as well.
