i had a games today and we lost 20-2 and the only 2 shots was from me and this other person during a fouls shot
get quicker. take the steps, plan, get plays going. like when some1 is driving to the net, that person will get double teamed, leaving some1 wide open, from there you try to get the person who is open the ball. once you do that defenders are going to come at them fast, leaving another person open, or more lanes to show. and also there will be better shot opportunities available by driving to the net more often. dont just stay on the perimeter
Is everyone working together? If not then I would say practice teamwork. However, I have feeling your team actually works together so try so fake-out passes. Play aggressive but smart.
practice, practice your shot over and over. make it muscle memory where you have the same form over and over and the same power with the shot and all.
i think our problem mostly is getting open
