These stomach exercises

Will these stomach exercises give me a flatter stomach? The top part is already flat, just not the bottom..if I did this everynight would it help?

100 of where you lay on your back and kick your legs up and down alternating 15 of where you lay on your back and lift your legs in the air and back to plank position 30 seconds of hollow position 2 minutes of holding the plank position (where you are on your elbows and toes, stomach towards ground) 75 of where you lay on your back and your right elbow goes to your left knee and vise versa..

how’s it sound and how long will I have to do them to see results on my lower stomach? any other lower stomach exercises I should add?

I don’t have any other body fat to lose, I weight 74 pounds and am 17 years old. I just want my stomach flat. But thanks
