What exercising machines taget your stomach?

Yes, I know there are lots of machine free exercises that target your waistline but there’s something psychological about using a machine, I feel like I’m doing more and I’m a lot more motivated to do it, which means I’m more likely to keep it up. But most of the machines I see at the gym seem to be targeting the legs or arms. I know those will help slim you down to a certain point but is there any that more specifically target your stomach?

Running on a treadmill (or just outside) is the most effective, I’m pretty sure. I’d also suggest stationary bikes, but play with the resistance levels to make sure you’re actually getting a substantial workout. Also, try the elliptical and the stair thing, haha.

Sit ups r the best if you r trying to get it smaller don’t hurt yourself doing to much though
