Stop stress and anger at life!

ok, rite now my life is one great big mess. friends argueing, family moaning, I get frustrated/ angry lots, confused about feelings, find life generally pointlss! to cut an extremely long explaination short, I am stessed out/ angry and I hate being mad at someone or something constantly so how can I stop being stressed and angry and be calm and find an optamistic way to look at life??? because if I dont I fear I mite tear myself apart! HELP!!!

You need to attend church and find people that won’t make you so stressed out. You need to take time to relax and try not to be around people such as your family that seem to give you trouble. There are ways to relieve stress. Rethink, reduce, relax, release, and reorganize. Those are 5 coping techniques that you could work with. To release stress, try to go in a place where it’s quiet and start meditating, read a really good book you like, watch your favorite TV shows, take a walk, play a game, listen to upbeat music, be around people that’ll cheer you up ect. By relaxing, lay in bed, and think a moment what’s been happening in your lifetime and try to think positive thoughts by attending church, or joining social networks to where you can make friends. I feel that attending church is a great stress reliever since that definitely helps me reduce stress. We’re all going to have stress in our lives and the only way to reduce stress would be by the things I mentioned. Try to use time management. Try to manage your time when you feel that demands are putting too much pressure on you. Take a vacation, maybe go to the beach or something to relieve your mind of stress. If you’re not old enough to go by yourself, take a friend or some of your family. You can also use counseling to help straighten your life out. We all have these moments and we can’t seem to get rid of those unless we do something about it. Just think about everyone that goes through stress everyday. You’re not alone. I even go through stress. Just do what I mentioned. If you go to church and find people you can hang out with, you’ll be fine. Being around spiritual people will help. If it helps me which it does, it’ll help you. Your life will be allot better. As I mentioned, use time management and then you won’t be pressured when doing things. Life is too precious these days. It’s really your choice to enjoy it or make it more stressful. You certainly don’t want to make your life more stressful. By using the 5 coping techniques, your life will be allot better off. Then you can have a positive outlook on life as you go on. Take care and I hope you take my advice.
