Why am I snappy when I dont feel good or have less sleep?

Answer #1

I think that happens to almost everyone. I know it happens to me. I guess it’s just because you are tired, and in a bad mood. A lot of people get snappy, or angered easily when they are in a bad mood.

Answer #2

A lack of sleep and being in a bad mood means higher stress levels so you will be more likely to be more snappy. Try and stay happy and have a sufficient amount of sleep at night. :)

cant i am on prescride sleeping meds and i havent been taking them but even if i did i still aint allowed to sleep til 11 or later… which sucks bc my dad insist we clean every day even tho thats litterally all me and mom do is clean and go to work for 8 hours

Answer #6

Well, it sounds like your Dad is really controlling. You are 20. I suggest you move out. Because, while you are under your parents’ roof, you live by their rules. Or at least have a chat with him about it. If worst comes to worst… clean quicker! :)

Answer #7

You don’t feel good, so you jsut don’t want people to get near you because they ae having such a good day, and then when you don’t get enuff sleep is becaue your tired, and your brain just can’t take it anymore.
