What are some good distraction techniques when you feel awful?

What are some good distractions when you feel really depressed? I feel bad quite a lot, and have tried quite a few things, like work, music, people(even though I don’t really like this 1 when I’m feelin bad), sleep, but are there any others that would help? Thanks.

Music is a very good way to be getting your feeling out. But we are all different it also counts in why you are getting depressed. Try talking to someone and letting them knwo your feelings.

Sometimes when we are feeling down is because we have nowone there for us and things are just bad and we feel alone and I get those cainds of feelings all the time. But it’s just not healthy, it starts off in a little depression and we think that we will just get over it but we don’t and things get way harder.

Talk to someone a councelor, a trusted adult and also write things down, figure out what is making you feel this way. Brainstorm some I deas to see what you can do to make things better. Listen to your hart and ask it what it wants and all, get sometime to your self that way you will know everything about you.

people react to it in different ways.. have you tried to listen to sad songs and cryed then your happy after.. or tablet but it will change you trust me..
