How do I get smaller thighs and eat healthy?

im asian about 5’3, 14, athletic I think I weigh about 120 and I dont think thats very good…I work out a lot during the summer time to train for sports and then just do sports during the school year on a regular basis (volleyball, soccer, track) im hoping most of my weight is muscle but I *want to slim my thighs down more they are muscluar but I just want them a little smaller! will pilates help how long will it take for it to show results?? and also I need a strict diet: breakfast, lunch, dinner..what are healthy foods? (I eat lunch at school but I pack my lunch to be healthier) I eat fuirts but which ones are the healthiest and will help me LOOSE WEIGHT

120 at 5”3 is really good! I’m 5”2 120, and I think I’m thin. But I’m on a diet because I’m a pig, and I’m currently gaining weight :(

Anyway, if you want to, eat healthy- Eat whole wheat bread, fruits and veggies…

And don’t only look for low calorie foods, but low fat and low sugar. Because if theyre high in fat and sugar, they can store fat.

Also, I highly recommend DDR- it’s fun and its exercise!

I dont think im fat per say but I just want to look thinner especially my THIGHS! advice with my thighs pleaseee!

First, you shouldn’t only be eating 3 times a day. You should be eating about 4-6 small-portioned meals a day.(about 300 calories each) I’m 13.5’3 and I weigh 104lbs. but I don’t like my thighs either. so I know where you’re coming from. Do lunges! They hurt but they’re very effective, and for eating, try organic foods. Eat tons of fruits and vegetables. You should also learn to love salad. If you already do that’s great =D. But I don’t mean the salads with ranch and lettuce. I mean the ones with tomatoes,onions,cucumber & green pepper with extra-virgin olive oil. You can add lettuce too.(Don’t forget to add salt) Also throw in some lemon and flax seeds because flax seeds are rich in Omega 3. Oh, and feta cheese goes good with it too. Hope this helps!

if you want to slim your thighs down, then eat more naturally. Try eating only salads for a week along with fruits and no sugar! Eat lean meATS AND ONLY EAT A SMALL PORTION. Your problem is that you are training too much which is getting those muscle in your thighs, so dont wokr your thighs out too much or else they’ll get bigger. Try eating as natural as possible and only drink water. If you want to slim down your legs dont eat sugar only healthy things and don’t eat too much because I know that you tend to eat after you workout. That will so help you!
