How do I get my thighs and stomach smaller?

Ok.. My thighs are huge! I hate them.. I need them to get smaller.. and my stomach is like popped out kinda like its hard to explain.. but any ideas on helping me out?

a spin class does not make your legs bigger, you burn mad calories!! any type of cardio is gonna make you smaller all around!! if you have no muscle mass you will end up a twig though so make sure when you incorporate 30-60min. of cardio in your work out your doing about 30minutes of weights as well, remember muscle eats/burns fat!! your not going to get big and bulky unless you start lifting heavy bulky weights!! small weight with high reps!! squats and lunges are great for your butt and thighs all over!! but cardio is key to make anything smaller!!

well, I had really big thighs and in two months the reduced. I ate 2 big meals a day dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner I dramatically lost weight in my stomach area also the excersizes I did were jogging in place for 10 minutes lungest for 15 minutes each leg 100 crunches

try the low carb diet! i did it before and i look graet now. i lost 22 pounds. now i need to go shopping for all new clothes. i’m not l;ieng either. also exercise on the treadmeal. it will help your legs a whole lot and your stomach to.

Eat healthy and get an hour of exercise 3 days a week. Don’t do anything that will make your thighs bigger like bike riding.

Fat burning exercises…Running, calisthenics, aerobics.

Could also try squats.

yeh same here. im really short quite young and I dance like 6 hours a week. and all the dancers there are like sticks. its really hard to do ballet when your thighs get in the way. I also dont eat unhealthy very often just now and then but my thighs and bum are huge!

Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day.

Stick with the 2000 calories a day. Stay away from caffeinated drinks.

Try exercising 10-20 minutes a day. 10 minutes in the morning and 10 at night. Try to follow the serving sizes on the packages.

Every day exercise more than the previous day and eventually try running. Its hard at first but you get used to it.

I needed a lot of determination,and being a cheerleader with bulky thighs was humiliating and my tummy looked like I was 3 months pregnant.

So I took out a picture of Cameron Diaz and said I wanted her legs. In three weeks I had her legs and a bikini sexy body.
