six pack gone?

ok so I was a reallly athletic my whole life, since I was like 4 I did swimming and softball. swimming involved a lot of sit-ups and crunches, so I had a minor six-pack that would show when I flexed, I had it up until I was 12, but thes year I turned 13 and its gone! I only gained 2lbs since then and I was still doing a lot of sit ups and crunch and sports! I know this is a odd question but I have to ask =[

I think your body has to gain weight before you can get your period

a six pack doesnt depend just on training (when your young it does but later…) but mostly on the amount of fat in your body, if you have abs and lower than 8 % body fat then you’ll see your six-pack. if you have higher than 8 % body fat and still abdominal muscles you won’t lsee it because of the amount of fat in your abdominal area. so if you want a sixpack you need to combine training with healthy diet with low fat. hope this helps and that you succeed. your going through a lot ofchanges right now your body is developing give it a chance to sort its self out your only 13 why are you so hung up on a six pack at such a young age relax I am sure your body will sort itself out when its decided what is going on with itsself so just be patient
