Weekly plan for a six pack?

I want a six pack. I weigh like 96 lbs, im almost 16, but believe it or not… I have quite a lot of fat on my stomach.

A Few Facts I will not eat vegetables. I drink a lot of water I will follow a work-out or nutrition plan if anyone will make me one to get nice abs soon and lose stomach fat.

What Ab workouts? How many of each? What foods? When?

Someone give me all the information you know, or … if you have time.. make me a weekly workout plan to get a great stomach :]

put a pillow right above your butt and dont go all the way down on sit ups. this helps a lot. also, go on youtube and type in ab workout, they have some good stuff on there.

oh by the way, I have the same issue! im pretty skinny but I still have tummy flub. but that pillow thing has really helped me shape up.

GYMS!! but if they are too expensive then do pushups, situps, crunches, ect. but since your not fat then it’s kinda hard to get abs!!
